Mohamed Salah contract talks continue after '£500,000-per-week' wage reports
A number of Liverpool players have signed new, long-term contracts this summer but it's fair to say everyone is waiting for one announcement in particular.
Mohamed Salah is yet to agree fresh terms as the club continue contract talks with the Egyptian.
Rumours emerged this week that the Reds' star was demanding an extraordinary '£500,000-per-week' but the ECHO understands this is not true.

Daniel Sturridge makes vow after former Liverpool striker scores in behind-closed-doors game
Former Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge is still in search of a new home after his release from Turkish side Trabzonspor in March last year.
The 32-year-old was most recently training with La Liga side Real Mallorca and he provided an update on social media on Sunday.
“No better feeling than scoring goals,” wrote Sturridge on Twitter.
“Even in behind closed doors games like I played today, when I scored it felt amazing."
The transfer window may be closed but clubs can still sign free agents, which means Sturridge could still join a team on a permanent basis.
The striker left Liverpool in 2019 after the club's historic sixth Champions League win.
