Mohamed Salah is the headline name in a list of nine Liverpool players who are on international duty this week despite not going to the World Cup.
FIFA's first-ever winter scheduling of the prestigious tournament gets underway on Sunday, November 20 in Qatar and seven of Jurgen Klopp's squad will be hoping to leave the Arab state as world champions on December 18. But even more Liverpool players are in action for their countries this week as nations who didn't qualify for the tournament look to take advantage of the time at their disposal.
Here's a run-down of which Reds will be back on the pitch in the coming days away from Qatar.

Mohamed Salah
The in-form Egyptian has been named in Rui Vitoria’s 24-man squad who will face Belgium in Kuwait on November 18. It will be the Red Devils' final warm-up match ahead of the start of Belgium's World Cup campaign against Canada five days later.
Caoimhin Kelleher
Carabao Cup penalty king Kelleher will no doubt be eager to get back between the posts, and he won't have to wait too long. He's been called up by the Republic of Ireland, who face Norway at home on November 17 before making the trip to Malta three days later.
Andy Robertson, Calvin Ramsay and Ben Doak
Scotland's failure to make it to Qatar was a disappointment for the home nations, but Liverpool pair Andy Robertson and Calvin Ramsay are still set to represent the Tartan Army this week. The full-back pair are on their way to Turkey for a friendly on November 16.
Meanwhile, rising star Ben Doak has been called up by Scotland U21s to face Iceland on November 17. It's already a good week for the 17-year-old after Liverpool confirmed on Monday that he has signed his first professional contract with the club.
Fabio Carvalho
There was no place in the Portugal World Cup squad this time around for Fabio Carvalho, but instead the 20-year-old will represent Portugal U21s in friendly matches against Czech Republic on November 18 and Japan on November 22.
Stefan Bajcetic
Spaniard Bajcetic has just recently been given a couple of first-team opportunities by Jurgen Klopp, but he will be representing Spain under-19s when they play two matches in the Murcian resort San Pedro del Pinatar against Saudi Arabia on November 16 and Japan on November 19.
Melkamu Frauendorf
The young midfielder got a start against Derby County in the Carabao Cup last week and now he will be on German U19s duty for a mini-tournament in Malta. Frauendorf will be in the squad for matches against Poland (November 23), Malta (November 26) and Portugal (November 29).
Mateusz Musialowski
The 19-year-old attacker has been called up by Poland under-21s to face Croatia on November 17, before going head-to-head with Turkey on November 21.
