Mohamed Salah among three players watched by Juventus as Liverpool beat Tottenham

Juventus reportedly sent scouts to Anfield on Sunday - with Mohamed Salah amongst their three targets in action.

Salah scored the winner as Liverpool came from behind to beat Tottenham 2-1 to keep up their stunning start to the season.

According to Italian newspaper Tuttosport, Juventus had representatives watching on and keeping a close eye on Salah, as well as main priority Christian Eriksen and Heung-min Son for the visitors.

Juve are considering a move for Danish playmaker Eriksen when he can sign a pre-contract agreement in January, similar to the deal they struck with Aaron Ramsey last year.

But they are also interested in Liverpool superstar Salah, who has already proven himself in Serie A with Fiorentina and Roma before earning his Premier League return with the Reds.

Salah has taken his game to the next level under Klopp, and Juventus have looked to invest heavily since appointing Maurizio Sarri as manager.

He would come at a huge cost, given he is under contract until the summer of 2023 and has seen his stock skyrocket since a move for around £38million from Roma in 2017.

However, Gary Neville predicted earlier this season that Salah could call time on his remarkable Liverpool career within a year to pursue a new challenge.

“And Liverpool, Salah’s going to leave in the next 12 months, I can see it already,” Neville said.

“He [Jamie Carragher] knows, he won’t say it. I can see it, you can feel it, you can smell it.”

Salah refused to be drawn on speculation surrounding his long-term future, insisting he is happy at Anfield.

“I’m happy at Liverpool,” Salah told CNN. “I’m happy in the city.

“I love the fans and they love me. I’m happy at the club.”
