BENGALURU: The city is likely to receive light to moderate rainfall in the next two days with maximum temperature of 26 degrees C and minimum of 20. Surface wind is likely to be strong and gusty at times, reaching a speed of 40 km/hr.
On the other hand, the rest of Karnataka, especially coastal areas, Malnad and Kodagu, received heavy rain on Tuesday. Panambur in Mangaluru recorded 8cm rainfall and Subramanya 7cm during the day.
An orange alert has been announced in Uttara Kannada, Udupi, Chikkamagaluru, Hassan and Kodagu till July 17, and a yellow alert in Mysuru, Chamarajanagar, Belagavi, Dharwad, Haveri, Bidar, Kalaburagi and Yadgir.
