Instead of staring at AI-created slop, players can now enjoy fully detailed faces that match the ethnicity of the characters.

A True Game Changer For FM26 Saves

The new mod introduces over 100,000 high-quality Newgen faces, automatically assigning them across every club and league in your Football Manager universe. Basically, as soon as a Newgen appears in your save, the mod assigns a face to it instantly. This new system automates everything and completes setup in under five minutes. Each assigned face is also ethnically aligned, ensuring players’ portraits match their background and nationality — a small but crucial detail for realism lovers.
Unlike other FM facepacks, this one doesn’t require tens of thousands of generated faces and instead pulls them straight from the .bundle file, one of the many advantages of FM now being in the Unity engine.
The result is a game world that finally looks as authentic as it feels to play. From academy prospects to world-class stars, every player now has a believable look that fits their story. For longtime FM fans who value immersion, this could easily be one of the biggest quality-of-life upgrades in years.
