Mobile testing in Bridgend will take place at a new location for drive-through appointments, a health board has confirmed.
Residents from Bridgend County Borough will be able to get tested for Covid-19 at the Bowls Hall car park of Bridgend Life Centre from Friday November 13, Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board revealed.
The facility will be available for drive-through tests only, seven days a week from 9am to 5pm. Anyone who wishes to get tested must book a test online in advance using the Welsh Government website.
Council leader Huw David said the mobile testing centres are becoming "a popular and effective way of ensuring that people who are experiencing coronavirus symptoms can access a fast, free check".
The local authority is advising people to get tested only if they are displaying coronavirus symptoms, which include a high temperature, a new persistent cough, or a loss or change in your sense of taste or smell.
After being tested, you must return home immediately to self-isolate until the results have been confirmed and avoid coming into contact with other members of the public.
According to Bridgend County Borough Council, most people will receive their results via text message the day after taking a test but some results "may take a little longer".
The testing centre at the former Revlon/Cosi factory off Oakwood Drive in Maesteg has now closed.
