'Mob Wives' star and husband busted in Staten Island raid on drug, gun charges

NEW YORK _ One-time "Mob Wives" star Drita D'Avanzo and her allegedly mobbed-up husband were busted on drug charges during a Thursday night raid at their Staten Island home, police said.

NYPD narcotics detectives descended on the outer borough home around 6 p.m., and seized two loaded guns, a large amount of marijuana, hydrocodone and Xanax, officials said. The couple was also charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17, with police saying that more than one kid was home when cops arrived.

The Staten Island native, married to reputed Colombo family associate Lee D'Avanzo, 50, was one of the biggest draws on the reality program starring relatives of various Mafiosi.

Husband and wife were due for an arraignment Friday afternoon, with Lee expected to head over to New Jersey on a fugitive warrant for a separate charge, according to a New York law enforcement source.
