Mo Gilligan has reportedly welcomed a child with his fiancee Taia Tulher after his “secret” son with his ex was revealed.
The comedian’s former partner, Selina Christoforou, 35, recently claimed she has a son named Rudi with Gilligan and accused the star of being a “deadbeat dad” who rarely sees their child.
Last month, Gilligan seemingly confirmed he is a dad by sharing a black and white video of a young boy, thought to be Rudi, on his Instagram.
It has now been reported that The Masked Singer judge, 37, and his model fiancee Tulher, 28, welcomed their child over the summer.
The duo - who are thought to have gotten engaged after two years of dating - are choosing to keep their baby’s name and gender private, sources claimed.
“Mo and Taia have their baby and are in a bubble of bliss. She gave birth quite a few weeks ago now and she has been getting back to normal life,” an insider told The Sun.
The source added: “They are keeping their baby’s gender and name for just close friends and family but they’ve been sharing the news of the baby’s arrival with people now.”
Tulher was seen without an apparent baby bump while attending the National Television Awards earlier this month with Gilligan.
The Standard has contacted Gilligan’s representative for comment.
Tulher announced her pregnancy in March but did not share her partner’s identity.
“Today, I carry the love that made me, the love I’ve always known… and the love I’ve only just begun to understand,” she wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of her bump.
“For a long time, I didn’t know when I would share this. But now feels right. Because today, on Mother’s Day, I get to celebrate my own mother - and the tiny soul who has already made me one, too.”
The couple’s apparent baby news comes after it was claimed Gilligan had proposed to Tulher, who has been seen wearing a diamond ring in her recent Instagram posts.
“Mo went the full nine yards in proposing to Taia but kept quiet about it publicly. They have been telling friends that they are engaged and everyone is really happy for them,” a source told the Daily Mail.
“He and Taia are so in love and really excited to be starting a family together. They already live together in London so it felt like the natural next step to get engaged.”
In July, model Christoforou alleged that stand-up comic Gilligan had seen their son only a limited number of times since his birth in January 2024.
“You can count on your fingers and toes how many times he’s seen him,” she claimed in a TikTok video. “You can’t make someone be a dad.”
According to The Sun, Christoforou discovered she was pregnant in May 2023.
A source told the outlet that the pregnancy was unexpected and the pair were not in a relationship at the time, but Christoforou chose to continue with the pregnancy.
“She adores their son and Mo sees him semi-regularly,” the source said.
Several weeks after Christoforou’s claims went viral, Milligan posted a black-and-white video of a young boy playing Connect 4, widely believed to be Rudi.
The post included lyrics from the Drake song Emotionless, notably the line: “I wasn’t hidin’ my kid from the world / I was hidin’ the world from my kid.”
