MMA legend and UFC Hall of Famer Royce Gracie will host a live Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for beginners class tonight.

53-year-old Gracie is one of the most influential names in mixed martial arts, winning the first ever UFC event back in 1993.

The current Bellator ambassador will host his ‘workout after dark’ for anyone wishing to try their hand at one of the core disciplines of MMA on Wednesday night at 11pm BST.

The live workout session will last for an hour and is suitable for beginners and members of the general public.

How to watch

The workout will be streamed live across Bellator’s main Facebook, YouTube and Twitter pages.
