MLB fans crushed ump Angel Hernandez over brutal calls in Yankees-Blue Jays game

Angel Hernandez, to put it nicely, often struggles at umpiring Major League Baseball games. Which is bad, because that’s his job and something he’s been doing since 1991.

Well, that trend continued during Tuesday night’s Yankees-Blue Jays game in Toronto as he very clearly missed what looked like a number of easy strike calls.

He  had announcers in disbelief of his missed calls and it looked like Yankees catcher Gary Sanchez was frustrated with how poor of a job Hernandez was doing at calling balls and strikes.

Listen, I’ve never been a home plate ump, but these calls sure did deserve some criticism.
