Missoma is launching a jewellery advent calendar this Christmas

Advent calendars have come a long way from chocolate figurines, as there’s now a ton of alternative advent calendars including everything from beauty to alcohol. There’s a new luxury offering set for 2019 as celeb favourite jewellery brand Missoma has just announced a '12 Days to Shine' Christmas advent calendar. It will include many of their bestsellers beloved by the likes of Meghan Markle, Margot Robbie, Gigi Hadid and Vanessa Hudgens.

Pieces that are included in the calendar include their Gold Star Moon Stud Earrings, Gold Mini Claw Charm Hoops, Gold Pave Hinged Hoops and a Gold Double Chain Bracelet. Missoma's jewllery is generally made from 18ct gold vermeil plated sterling silver.

Other non-jewellery related additions include a ceramic jewellery dish, notebooks and a coin purse.

The brand also appears to have latched onto the undying hair barrette trend. It is releasing a constellation-themed Cosmic Slide, available exclusively through the calendar.

Featuring gold details, everything is encased in drawers dated with the date in gold and ribbon handles.

The calendar is one of the pricier ones available this season and will be £395. However, if you’re looking to upgrade your jewellery box, it could be a good investment. It will be available for purchase on October 22 and a waiting list has already been launched for it here.

Missoma counts many A-Listers amongst its fans, including Meghan Markle, who in fact stacked a number of pieces in October 2018, wearing three Missoma-branded bracelets and a signet ring.

Gigi Hadid has also been seen wearing their necklaces - particularly their £165 Gold Axiom Chain - out and about, while Margot Robbie has proven herself a necklace layering expert with their coin necklaces.
