Missing woman with dementia last seen boarding bus to Hartcliffe

A 74-year-old woman with dementia has gone missing in Bristol.

Theopista Nabukera was last seen boarding a bus to Hartcliffe , police have said.

She was catching the 76 bus from Bristol city centre at around 3pm yesterday (June 3).

Ms Nabukera speaks little English and also suffers from dementia.

Avon and Somerset Constabulary has appealed for the public's help to find her.

The force released two pictures of Ms Nabukera and a police spokesperson said: "We need your help to find missing Theopista Nabukera.

Theopista Nabukera was last seen on the 76 bus (Avon and Somerset Constabulary)

"The 74 year old was last seen catching the no. 76 bus from Bristol city centre to Hartcliffe at around 3pm.

"She has dementia and speaks very little English.

"If you see her please call 999 quoting log 1082 of 3 June."

Update: Police confirmed this morning (June 4) Theopista Nabukera has been found safe and well.
