Missing woman believed to be driving around South Gloucestershire

A missing woman is believed to be driving around the South Gloucestershire area, according to police.

Avon and Somerset Police is appealing for the public's help to find Wendy, a 59-year-old from the Winterbourne area of South Gloucestershire.

The force said the woman is believed to be driving around the area in a silver Citroen Berlingo.

It said: "We need the public's help to find a missing woman.

"Wendy, 59, is missing from the Winterbourne area of South Gloucestershire and we are concerned for her welfare.

"She is white, of medium build and with brown hair. When she was last seen, she was wearing denim jeggins, green wellies, a dark fleece top and a grey Jack Wolfskin coat.

"She is believed to be driving around the South Gloucestershire area in a silver Citroen Berlingo, registration WV12 MTZ."

Anyone who sees her is asked to call 999 quoting the log 804 of today (Monday, January 3).
