Missing teenagers are believed to be together

Police have appealed for information over the whereabouts of a missing teenager believed to be in Runcorn.

Caine O'Brien, 16, has not been seen since 11.20am on Saturday..

A Cheshire police spokeswoman told the ECHO that Caine is believed to be with missing Widnes teenager Tyler Hawitt, also aged 16, and also missing since Saturday.

Caine is around 5ft 8ins tall, of medium build with short mousy brown or dark blond hair.

The teenager was last seen wearing a black and grey bubble jacket with a red trim around the hood, black combat trousers and black Nike trainers with a red tick.

Caine was also in possession of a black face covering featuring the word "Columbia" on the left side.

Family "very worried" for missing Widnes teenager

Inspector Andrew Blizard, of Cheshire police, told the ECHO: “As time goes by we are becoming increasingly concerned for Caine’s welfare.

"I’d urge anyone who sees Caine to contact police so that we can return him to his family who are very worried about him.”

Anyone who sees him or has information regarding his whereabouts should call police on 101 quoting IML 984312.
