On the day he went missing, Ryan was wearing a dark blue puffer jacket, dark blue combat pants and carrying a food delivery bag.

It is believed he may be using a silver pedal bike which has been modified with a white battery on the bar fastened with cable ties.

He is described as a white male, 5ft 9in tall, of medium build, with short blond wavy hair.

Ryan is known to frequently be in the area around Liverpool Lime Street station.

Merseyside Police are asking anybody who has seen Ryan or knows of his whereabouts to DM @MerPolCC or contact @missingpeople on 116 000.
