Police are concerned for a missing south coast woman's welfare after it is believed she left Nowra and travelled to the ACT.

Tazma Seymour, 23, was last seen leaving a unit on Schregal Place, Nowra, just after 9pm on Sunday.

She has not contacted friends or family since, and officers from South Coast Police District are conducting inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare, as this is out of character.

Anyone with information about this incident is urged to contact Crime Stoppers: 1800 333 000 or https://nsw.crimestoppers.com.au.
