Missing Scots teen found safe and well hours after dad issues frantic plea to trace her

A has been traced hours after her dad issued a frantic plea for her safe return.

Billy Black was desperately searching for his 15-year-old daughter Hannah who went missing after a video of her lying 'unconscious' emerged on social media.

Edinburgh teen Hannah has been last seen on CCTV at Inverkeithing train Station at midnight last night after having gone missing at around 1.15pm yesterday.

Worried Billy posted the plea on Facebook first thing this morning after Hannah failed to return home.

He wrote: "My daughter Hannah went missing at approx 1:15pm yesterday.

"It was known she boarded a train to Kirkcaldy where last night a social media video was received of Hannah lying unconscious and being filmed by 4 or 5 youths in a house."

Billy went on to describe his daughter as vulnerable and said she didn't know any one in Fife.

He added: "Hannah is a vulnerable child who knows no one in the Fife regions ,except perhaps who she’s been talking through social media."

Hours after searching for his daughter, Billy said his daughter had been found safe and well.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Hannah has been traced."
