Missing Scots girl who disappeared from school is found by police

A 13-year-old girl who went missing from her Scots school yesterday has been traced.

Schoolgirl Katie Neville had last been seen around 1.15pm on Tuesday at Paisley Grammar School, Glasgow Road, Paisley.

A frantic police search was sparked after she was reported missing.

Renfrewshire and Inverclyde Police Division have confirmed Katie Neville has been found after a search.

In a statement on social media, the police wrote: "Thank you for your assistance."
