A Portmarnock couple who had been missing for almost a week have been located safe and well.
Carol and Bernard Devine, both 53, had been missing from their Woodford Lane home since Tuesday morning.
A car believed to have been driven by the couple had been spotted in Wexford yesterday where a search operation was launched.
Concerned family members also joined in the search yesterday and fortunately the couple were located this morning.
Gardai thanked the public for their help in tracing the pair.
A garda spokesman said: "Bernard and Carol have been located safe and well. We would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this matter."
