The search for missing man Thomas Ritchie has been stood down after the discovery of a body in Dublin earlier today.
Mr Ritchie, aged 46, had been missing from Kiltipper, Dublin 24 since the morning of Tuesday, 8th November, 2022. A renewed appeal was issued by gardai last weekend.
A garda spokesman said today: "Following the discovery of a man's body earlier today in Dublin, the missing person appeal in respect of Thomas Ritchie, 46 years, has been stood down.
"No further information is available. We would like to thank the public and media for their assistance in this matter."
