UPDATE: Police have confirmed Zalika Fanty and her child have been found safe.
A mum has gone missing with her two-year-old child.
Zalika Fanty, 35, left an address in Eastville at 3.30am today (November 24) with her toddler.
She is described as black, of a large build, 5'5, with black hair and wearing a pink and white spotty dressing gown.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: "We are asking the public to help us with a search for a missing mother and child.
"Officers are currently out looking for Zalika Fanty, who is believed to have left an address in the Eastville area of Bristol at about 3.30am today (Tuesday 24 November) with her two-year-old child.

"The 35-year-old is described as female, black, of a large build, approximately 5ft 5ins, with black hair. She is believed to be wearing a pink and white spotty dressing gown."
