A woman who was missing from her Motherwell home for two days has been traced safe and well.
Police issued an urgent appeal for help in tracing Nathalie Skelton after she was last seen in the New Stevenson area of town around 6.30am on Wednesday.
Officers said yesterday that they were growing "increasingly concerned" for the welfare of the 40-year-old and thought she may have travelled in her car to South Queensferry or West Lothian.
However Nathalie, who was last seen in possession of NHS scrubs, has returned home to her worried family.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Thank you very much for sharing our appeal to trace 40-year-old Nathalie Skelton, who was missing from Motherwell.
"Nathalie has now been traced and she is safe and well.
"Thank you again."
