Missing man with Everton FC tattoo last seen leaving relative's home

A man with an Everton FC tattoo is missing after leaving a family member's home ahead of the weekend.

Police are searching for Anthony McCarty, who was last seen on April 16.

The 47-year-old was last seen by family on Malvern Close, Kirkby, at about 1pm.

Police said Anthony had been visiting a family member before he went missing and the force are now appealing for more information about his whereabouts.

Anthony is described as white, around 5ft 7in tall, of medium build, with brown stubble.

He also has a tattoo of the Everton crest on his right arm and a half-sleeve tattoo of names on his left arm.

When he was last seen, Anthony was described as wearing a black jacket, blue polo shirt with yellow writing, pale blue jeans, a black coat, and blue and yellow Dewalt boots.

He is known to frequent the Kirkby area.
