Missing man last seen in McKinley Park

Cesar Terrazas | Chicago police

Police are looking for a man who has been reported missing from McKinley Park on the South Side.

Cesar Terrazas, 28, was last seen about 4:30 a.m. Wednesday near the Dunkin’ at 3256 S. Ashland Ave., according to a missing person alert from Chicago police. He may need medical attention.

Terrazas is described as a 6-foot-3, 210-pound man with brown eyes and brown hair, police said. He was last seen wearing a black Carhartt zip-up hooded sweatshirt, dark blue jeans and a black-and-gray Cubs hat.

Anyone with information about him is asked to call Area Central detectives at 312-747-8380.
