Missing man last seen at a nightclub is found behind a wall at Archdiocese of Miami

MIAMI _ An Orlando man missing since Saturday night at Club Space in downtown Miami and who posted a Snapchat video asking for help was found Tuesday morning by Miami Shores police.

According to Miami police, Shores officers found Jeremiah Chavez around 9:20 a.m. after checking out a call of a disturbance at 9401 Biscayne Blvd., the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.

Chavez, who turned 28 on Tuesday, was hiding behind a wall.

Miami police said Shores police took Chavez into custody and gave him medical attention.

Chavez's family said he got separated from his friends Saturday night into Sunday morning at Club Space, 34 NE 11th St. in downtown Miami.

He called his sister Sunday with a plea for help because he was being chased. He also posted a Snapchat video.

Chavez's sister took to social media to help the search for her brother.
