Police have launched a desperate search for a missing 10-year-old boy who failed to return home after apparently going to a local park.
Logan Lakin was last seen at his home in from Burbage, Leicestershire, between midday and 1pm on Sunday, said police.
When he left he told his family he was going to a park in the village.
He was reported missing about ten hours later, around 10.30pm, after he failed to return home.
When he left home he was wearing Leicester City Football Club shorts and a dark coloured top, said Leicestershire Police.
Officers searching for the missing boy have issued an appeal to help find him.

A spokesperson for Leicestershire Police said: "Officers searching for a missing 10-year-old boy are asking for the public’s help to find him.
"Logan Lakin, from Burbage, was last seen at his home address in Featherstone Drive between midday and 1pm yesterday (14 July).
"He was reported missing around 10.30pm after he failed to return home.
"When he left the address yesterday afternoon he told family he was going to a park in the village.
"Logan is described as white, between 4ft and 4ft 6ins tall, slim build and fair hair.
"When he left home he was wearing Leicester City Football Club shorts and a dark coloured top.
"Police are currently carrying out enquiries in the local area in a bid to locate Logan but are appealing for anyone who may have seen him or know of his whereabouts to make contact.
"Anyone with information is asked to urgently call police on 101, quoting incident 705 of 14 July."
