Police have confirmed that Lanark woman Shelly Anne Daly has been found safe and well.
The 23-year-old was reported missing over the weekend before a frantic appeal for her whereabouts was launched yesterday.
Shelly Anne Daly was last seen in Hamilton town centre at around 1.30am on Sunday, October 24.
However, she had not returned to her home in the Blackwood area of Lanark as family and friends grew concerned for her welfare.
Lanarkshire Police have now issued a statement confirming Shelly Anne has now been traced.
A spokeswoman from the force said: "We can confirm missing person, Shelley Anne Daly has been found safe and well.
"Thank you for sharing our appeal."
