Missing Gloucestershire man's car found in car park near Bridgend

The car of a man who has gone missing from his home in Gloucestershire has been found near Bridgend .

Leighton Tibbott was last seen at around midday on Monday, August 19.

The 41-year-old, from Bradley Stoke, was last in touch with family and friends by text at about 9.30pm on Monday. Police are growing concerned for his welfare as his actions are said to be out of character.

South Wales Police confirmed officers have found his red Ford B-Max at a public car park at Monknash, near Bridgend.

At the time he went missing Mr Tibbott was wearing jeans and a red polo shirt. He's described as being 6ft 4in tall with short dark brown hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 and Mr Tibbott is asked to contact his family.
