Missing Glasgow man Ethan Daly 'makes contact with police' three days after disappearance

A Glasgow man who vanished during the coronavirus lockdown has reportedly made contact with police three days since he vanished.

Ethan Daly was last seen on Sunday morning, April 19.

His family who were 'worried sick' launched a social media appeal to help find him.

Nikkitta Anderson first posted about his disappearance, which was shared over Facebook more than 2,000 times.

She has since revealed that Ethan has now made contact with police over the phone.

Writing on Facebook, Nikkitta said: “The police has managed to get ethan over the phone, we’re still unsure where he is but at least we know he’s safe! Can’t thank everyone enough for sharing this post.”

A Police Scotland spokesperson said that Ethan remains a missing person.
