JAISALMER: Body of a 24-year-old man, missing for the last two days from the city, was recovered from a water tank at an under construction house in Deendayal Upadhyaya Colony on Tuesday night.
Jaisalmer city SHO Premdan Ratnu said that the deceased Premsukh was a resident of Bhadla in Bikaner district and he worked as a labourer in the city. A missing case was lodged at Kotwali police station. On Tuesday night, the body was found in the tank. The house owner informed the police about it. His family members have alleged murder.
The family members alleged that the contractor along with other people murdered and put his body in the water tank.
They have lodged a murder case. Later his body was handed over to them after the post mortem. Police is awaiting medical reports for further investigations.
