An appeal has gone out to help find a 75 year-old Liverpool man who failed to return home.
John Sharkey, who lives in the Croxteth area, was last seen at BetFred on Broad Lane at around 3.30pm on Thursday, August 26.
He is described as a white man, approximately 5ft 10in tall and of slim build. He has long grey hair and short stubbly beard.

When last seen he was wearing a black jacket, black pants, black shoes and a black flat cap. He was also wearing glasses and carrying a blue and red Home Bargains carrier bag.
He is known to frequent the area around Broadway shops.
