Missing Coatbridge teen who vanished after going for a run found safe and well

A missing Lanarkshire teen who vanished after going for a run at the weekend has been traced safe and well.

Bobbi McCrory disappeared from her home in the Kirkwood area of Coatbridge on Sunday afternoon when she told her family she was heading out for a job.

Officers from Police Scotland confirmed the 14-year-old girl was found earlier today.

A Police Scotland statement said: "We are pleased to confirm that 14-year-old Bobbi McCrory, who went missing from her home in Coatbridge on Sunday, 24 November, has been found safe and well.

"Thank you to everyone who assisted with our appeal for help in tracing her."
