Missing Belfast man Andrew Robert Clement Bell sparks police appeal

Police and the family of a missing 80-year-old man are becoming "increasingly concerned" for his whereabouts.

Andrew Robert Clement Bell is from the Stranmillis area of South Belfast and was last seen yesterday, Thursday February 11 in the area at around 12pm.

A PSNI spokesperson added: "If you have seen Clement, please contact police immediately on 101 and quote the reference number 656 11/02/21."

Meanwhile, a yellow weather warning for snow and ice is in place from midnight on Friday, February 12, until midnight on Saturday, February 13.

"Snow is likely to spread east during Saturday with some accumulations in places and icy stretches," a Met Office spokesperson added.

And a second yellow weather warning has been issued for parts of Northern Ireland for strong winds.

This comes into force from 4am on Sunday, February 14 until midnight on the same day.

Areas including North Down, Downpatrick and Newcastle are predicted to be hit.
