Missing Andrew Miller: Police 'increasingly worried' about safety of man who vanished from Tollcross

Edinburgh police have said they are 'increasingly concerned' about a man who has gone missing.

Officers in Edinburgh are appealing for the public's assistance in tracing Andrew Miller (32) who has been reported missing from the Tollcross area.

A satement from Police Scotland said: "Andrew was last seen around 2.10pm on Saturday, 26 September, 2020 within Panmure Place."

"He is described as white, around 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build with short brown hair."

When last seen, he was wearing a black jumper and black jogging bottoms. Andrew has a prominent scar on the left side of his face from his cheek.

Inspector Mark Hamilton, of Howdenhall Police Station, said: "We are becoming increasingly concerned for Andrew’s welfare.

"Our officers have been carrying out extensive enquiries in a bid to trace him and I am now looking for assistance from the public. 

"If you believe you have seen Andrew, or have any information on his whereabouts, please contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference number 1880 of 26 September."
