Missing Aberdeenshire man traced safe and well after police appeal

Police in the north-east are thanking the public for their help in tracing a man missing from Aberdeenshire .

Concerns were raised for the whereabouts of Findlay Leask, who went missing from Kintore on Saturday morning.

Officers say the 39-year-old has since been traced safe and well.

A spokesperson for the force said: " Police Scotland officers in Aberdeen can confirm that missing person Findlay Leask from the Kintore area of Aberdeenshire has been traced safe and well.

"Officers would like to thank the public for their help and support in tracing Findlay."
