Miss Group acquires Finnish web hosting firm Euronic OY

Manchester-headquartered web hosting company Miss Group has acquired Finland-headquartered firm Euronic OY, it announced on Monday.

Euronic OY, founded in 2000, provides services such as website builds, domain names, and security certificates and has around 12,500 customers. Its revenues hit €2.4m for the 2019 financial year.

The deal marks Miss Group’s tenth acquisition and is the first to be completed under new backer Perwyn’s ownership.

Miss Group announced in February it had been sold by private equity firm BGF for an undisclosed amount.

Miss Group founder and chief executive Mattias Kaneteg said: “Euronic is an excellent business and we are looking forward to growing our customer base in Finland.

“This deal will accelerate our growth in this new market as part of our overall expansion plan. It’s fantastic to be welcoming Euronic to the Miss Group family and we look forward to working with our new colleagues.”
