Misfits Boxing 4 date, fight card and UK time for KSI vs Faze Temper

KSI and Faze Temperrr will clash in the third fight of the British YouTube star's boxing comeback tonight at the OVO Arena, after yet another main event change.

The social media sensation decided last year to return to the ring after almost three years out to pursue a legacy-defining bout with Jake Paul, and was due to start his journey against long-time rival Alex Wassabi. But he found himself scrambling for a new opponent when Wassabi pulled out, and ended up fighting two in one night.

And again, KSI has been forced to find a new opponent after Bellator MMA star Dillon Danis decided last week that he wouldn't be competing. The reason given by Misfits Boxing is that he was "underprepared" after admitting in various interviews that he hadn't even found a coach for the bout and was blindsided by the contractual rehydration clause.

Here's all you need to know about KSI vs Faze Temperrr...

What date is Misfits Boxing 4: KSI vs Faze Temperrr and what time will it start?

The chart-topping rapper will lace up the gloves again on on Saturday January 14 at the OVO Wembley Arena in London. Action is likely to get underway at 7pm, as is standard for his Misfits Boxing promotion, with a stacked undercard of influencer boxers and celebrities.

Ring walks for the main event are expected at around 10:15pm with action set to unfold at around 10:30 pm locally. This is dependant on the duration of the prior undercard bouts, which can go notably shorter than most boxing shows given that many fighters are beginners wearing 10oz gloves.

How to watch Misfits Boxing 4: KSI vs Faze Temperrr via TV and live stream

The event will be shown exclusively live on DAZN PPV, with the main broadcast starting at 7pm in the UK. A subscription to DAZN costs £7.99 a month and you can purchase one here. Fans will then have to pay a PPV fee of £12 once they have purchased their subscription for the month.

You can watch DAZN on multiple devices including laptop, smart TV and through the mobile app, with action able to be mirrored up to the TV via Google Chromecast.

Undercard

Slim Albaher vs Tom Zanetti

After years of trying and failing to get to an influencer fight, DJ Tom Zanetti will finally make his debut in the co-main event of this event. He faces the most difficult task that is available in crossover boxing when he takes on the 5-0 knockout artist Albaher, who has been fighting since 2018.

Salt Papi vs Josh Brueckner

There will be a lot of technical ability on display in this showcase fight between Salt Papi and MMA veteran Josh Brueckner. The American just fought back in November against heavyweight Chase DeMoor, and will get back down to a reasonable weight to face Salt Papi, who appears to be one of the best boxers on the card.

Ryan Taylor vs Swarmz

There may not be much boxing skill on display in this one, but the build-up should be a lot of fun when supposed hard-men Taylor and Swarmz get to the press conference. Taylor has boxed three times, and barely landed a punch yet, while Swarmz was rolled over by KSI in his hastily-planned debut. Expect fireworks, if not much boxing, in this one.

Anthony Taylor vs Idris Virgo

The best fight on this card will likely be this clash between 12-0 professional boxer and Love Island star Virgo and mouthy American MMA star Taylor. The Brit is a heavy favourite, but Taylor has looked much improved in his last few outings after taking Tommy Fury the distance in his big breakout fight in 2021.

Faith Ordway vs Elle Brooke

Women's boxing is back on Misfits, and given both women's level of experience you can expect a considerably higher standard than we've been used to until now. Ordway has been training for a number of fights that never materialised, while Brooke is 1-0 having won a decision back in July.

TBA vs TBA

Had Danis stuck around, Faze Temperrr would have faced a "mystery opponent", and it is believed that the mystery man will still be getting a fight. It remains to be seen who the now two anonymous fighters are, but fans are in for a WWE-style surprise if Misfits can keep the secret throughout fight week.

Quotes corner

KSI: “I feel like I've aged 20 years coming back for this whole boxing scene. It's wild literally to have two pullouts... For Danis there was literally no excuse, his excuse was 'nah I don't fancy it any more'."

Faze Temperrr: "Initially I was going to fight a mystery opponent and I got hit up, I think January 1 in the morning, I heard the news that Danis pulled out, not really a shock to anyone and I got the opportunity where they asked if I wanted to fight JJ. This is something I imagined doing later down the line, the opportunity came now and I'm not going to say no to it."
