A baby born three and a half months premature and given little hope of survival, will seen be able to go home for the first time.
Little Ian Mikeas Zuniga weighed just 750g (1lb 10oz) - that's less than a bag of sugar - when he was born on June 8 this year.
He arrived via emergency caesarian section in San Juan, Argentina, when his mum Camila Abella, 23, was just five and a half months pregnant.
The 23-year-old, who had gone to hospital after feeling abdominal pain, was told by doctors her baby could never survive. But to their astonishment of medics Ian was born alive.
However, Camila and dad Elias Zuniga, 24, were told that the baby would most likely not live long. And if he did pull through, they said, he would be left severely disabled.
The youngster was born with a perforated intestine and bleeding into the lung, and doctors believed he would need several operations.

Camila told local media: "The outlook wasn't good. During the first few days they told me they were going to have to operate several times, but then my baby pulled through and it was no longer necessary.
"As he had a perforated intestine, he couldn't feed on my milk and he couldn't poo either. That's why they put a drain on him. With that he was cured.
"The doctors told me that it's incredible that he went through that without any consequences."
Camila went on: "In fact, when he started to improve, they made me do all the paperwork to have an oxygen kit at home.
"I have a backpack and tubes ready, but last week they took the oxygen away from him here, so I don't think I'm going to need it."
Little Ian had spent a month and a half in the ICU before being transferred to the Intermediate Care Ward.
He is currently in the Paediatric Ward with his mum as they wait for his imminent discharge.
Ian now weighs a much healthier 3,110 grammes (6 lb 14 oz) and has only one hurdle remaining.
Camila said: "After everything we've been through, now he only has two hernias left in his testicles, so he needs to be operated on. But it's not a complicated intervention.
"We believe he'll be discharged next week."
The beaming mum added: "Everything that's happened is incredible. It's a miracle and God continues to perform miracles with him."
