Minor league manager gets emotional while telling pitcher he’s getting called up to majors

Over the weekend we showed you a video of a Mets prospect being told that he was being called up to the majors, which was great.

Now there’s another video of a minor leaguer getting called up to majors and it’s even better.

Seriously, we’re all for MLB teams to keep sharing this kind of content.

This new video is of Harrisburg Senators pitcher Aaron Barrett being told by his manager, Matt LeCroy, that he’s returning to the majors to play for the Nationals.

LeCroy got emotional while breaking the news, most likely because Barrett has been through so much over the past few years, which included two seasons in which he didn’t pitch at all due to injuries.
