'Mind the gap Derby County' - Nottingham Forest fans in dreamland after Swansea City win

Nottingham Forest secured their third win in the Sky Bet Championship this season on Saturday with a 1-0 victory over Swansea City.

The Reds picked up all three points at the Liberty Stadium with the help of a late goal from substitute Alfa Semedo.

The victory means Sabri Lamouchi’s side move up to ninth place in the Championship table with 12 points from their opening seven league games.

For Swansea, they remain top of the table despite the defeat, although Leeds United could leapfrog them with victory over Barnsley today (Sunday).

Forest fans have already voice their delight over the result, but what about Swans supporters?

Here is a selection of what they had to say after the full-time whistle in south Wales...

Good Brad Queen : Can everybody please stop moaning about Watson now? Lamouchi has got him playing brilliantly doing what he does.

Tony Baker : Considering the start we've had, playing all/most of the top 6, away at Leeds, Fulham, and Swansea...we're doing quite well. I'm starting to believe this could be a good season.

Stephen Smith : This was no smash n grab we fully deserved the victory bring on Barnsley next Saturday.

Jessica Gamble : Just need to make sure we beat the lesser teams if we are getting results like this against the top half sides!

Jack Daws : I wasn’t happy when MON left and I had my doubts about this unknown manager, but I have to say how wrong I was. Feeling more hopeful than I have for years:

Imran Rashid : What a great away performance.. first team to beat Swansea this season on their ground.. love it.. mind the gap derby

Mick Smith : All played well but big shout out for Ben Watson who along with Grabban was outstanding today.

Timothy Hunter : That’s impressive Nottingham Forest, better side won tbf

Nottingham Forest match winner Alfa Semedo celebrates the 1-0 win with Albert Adomah. (Dan Westwell)

Renzie Tongue : Huge congratulations to lamouchi and the team massive 3 points

Kieran White : Get in!!! 7 away points from Fulham, Leeds and Swansea things are looking up!
