'Mind games!' - These Liverpool fans are joyous as key men join training ahead of Palace clash

Liverpool fans are getting excited at the prospect of Mohamed Salah and Andrew Robertson returning to face Crystal Palace this weekend, after the pair were spotted training with the Reds today (Thursday).

The pair both joined in training at Liverpool's Melwood training ground this afternoon ahead of the game at Selhurst Park on Saturday, having not featured for their countries over the international break.

Both players had been struggling with ankle injuries, with Sky Sports News reporting earlier this week that Salah and Robertson were set to miss the game against Palace at Selhurst Park.

Salah has been struggling with a problem with his ankle after having to leave the field in the club's 2-1 win over Leicester City at the start of October.

The injury kept the forward out of the 1-1 draw with Manchester United the following week, and although he has been able to start every Premier League match since then, he was substituted late on in Liverpool's last game against Manchester City.

The Egyptian Football Association said last week that he needed "a period of treatment to recover", putting his availability for the game against Palace in serious doubt.

But both Salah and Robertson were involved in some elements of training this afternoon, along with Xherdan Shaqiri and Joe Gomez.

Shaqiri has been out with a calf injury in recent weeks, while Gomez left the England camp early last week with a knee injury.

But all four were seen in pictures of Liverpool's training session, which has given Reds fans hope that they will be able to feature against the Eagles.

And here's what some fans have said, below.
