We can't think of many things that could top this, so it's great news that Mimi's Bakehouse have launched a pop up at Fort Kinnaird.
The van will be offering takeaway hot drinks and cakes to busy shoppers every day outside of Pizza Hut, from 10am-7pm.
Taking to Instagram, Mimi said: "Fort Kinnaird Pop Up.
"We are now open at @fort_kinnaird retail park every day, 10am-7pm.
"Perfect for your cake fix on the go or a Christmas shopping treat."
It seems people can't get enough of their sweet treats, with the family business setting up their fifth venue in the capital earlier this year.

The new café is located on the grounds of Lauriston Castle, with huge grounds to explore and stunning views across the Firth of Forth.
