Miltiadis Marinakis asks Arsenal one-word question after Nottingham Forest FA Cup draw

The son of Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis, Miltiadis, has asked Arsenal a one-word question after the FA Cup third round draw.

Forest will face the Premier League side at the City Ground in the New Year four years on from one of the Reds' finest matches in recent history when they knocked out the cup holders from North London in 2018.

In the process, caretaker boss Gary Brazil 's side dumped an Arsene Wenger side out in the third round of the FA Cup for the first and only time in his 22-year tenure at Arsenal.

A first-half brace from Eric Lichaj that has gone down in club folklore, as well as the defender's dog named Gunner , and penalties after the break from Ben Brereton and Kieran Dowell secured the 4-2 win.

The two have met once since that winter afternoon Trentside by it was a rather forgettable event for Reds fans.

In the third round of the 2019/20 Carabao Cup campaign, Sabri Lamouchi 's side visited the Emirates Stadium in late September but were on the end of a 5-0 thumping.

Youngsters Gabriel Martinelli (twice), Rob Holding, Joe Willock and Reiss Nelson were all on the scoresheet for Unai Emery's charges.

Supporters are certainly excited at the opportunity of a repeat in the East Midlands and revenge for their last meeting, against Mikel Arteta's outfit, but it's not just fans that have caught cup fever.

Miltiadis Marinakis quote tweeted the club's announcement of the draw with the word 'again' followed by seven question marks and a laughing crying emoji.

Fans enjoyed this jibe, with one replying: "Beat them before with a worse team can do it again."

Another added: "Should give an indication of how we'll do against them next year in the league."

A third harked back to the most recent meeting between the two, saying: "Let's make a better job than we did last time at that awful Emirates mausoleum?"
