FA Cup fourth round
Venue: The Den
Date: Saturday, January 26, 2019
Kick-off: 5:30pm GMT

Millwall are out to continue their cup run at the expense of Premier League opposition in Everton.

A defeat and a draw in their last two games halted a run of four successive wins since Boxing Day for the Londoners.

Everton meanwhile have just two wins in their last five – including their third round win over Lincoln City at the start of the month.

Millwall and Everton team news and predicted line-up

Tom Bradshaw, Tom Elliott, Ben Amos and Conor McLaughlin are all ruled out through injury for the hosts with midfielders Ben Marshall and Ben Thompson cup-tied.

Everton manager Marco Silva may look to make changes for Saturday’s match.

With only defender Phil Jagielka sidelined with a muscle injury, the Portuguese has plenty of options at his disposal and is likely to freshen things up after a disappointing defeat at Southampton last weekend.

Defenders Leighton Baines and Yerry Mina could come in, most likely for Kurt Zouma and Lucas Digne, while forwards Theo Walcott and Dominic Calvert-Lewin could also get recalls.

Provisional squad: Pickford, Kenny, Mina, Keane, Baines, Gueye, Gomes, Walcott, Sigurdsson, Richarlison, Calvert-Lewin, Stekelenburg, Coleman, Zouma, Digne, Davies, Bernard, Lookman, Tosun.

Score prediction: Millwall 1-2 Everton

With neither side capable of displaying any real consistency in recent weeks, Everton will hope the difference in quality on paper will see them through.

Those coming in to the Toffees’ side will be eager to take their chances with Silva eager for a response from his side.

Head to Head history (h2h)

There have only been 11 meetings between these two over the years. Everton have the slightly better record with six wins to Millwall’s four.

Former Millwall man Tim Cahill scored the winner for Everton when these two met in the same stage of the competition back in 2006.
