Millions of jars of Branston Pickle recalled over safety concerns

Millions of Branston Pickle jars are being recalled over fears they may contain plastic.

The versatile sandwich spread is popular amongst Brits but there are fears eating certain jars could prove dangerous, Manchester Evening News report.

The Food Standards Agency has warned shoppers: "If you have bought any of these products, please return them to the store from where they were bought for a full refund."

Mizkan Euro, the brand which manufactures Branston Pickle, have issued the recall.

The products affected include:
