A popular children's bath toy sold by Amazon and other retailers has been recalled after a number of children suffered injuries.
More than 7m of the Baby Shark Sing & Swim toys have been urgently recalled, with customers warned to stop using the product.
Manufacturer Zuru 'is aware of 12 reports of children falling or sitting onto the recalled full-size Baby Shark bath toy, resulting in impalement injuries, lacerations and puncture wounds, including to children’s genital, anorectal and facial areas'.
Nine of the incidents required stitches or medical attention.

The recall has come from the company and the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, as many of the toys have been sold in America and Australia, from stores including Walmart.
But they've been sold on Amazon too, which has sent a message to customers, as well as Asda and Smyths, who have also alerted customers.
A statement on the Asda website says: "The Baby Shark Sing and Swim Bath Toy (with a plastic top fin) was sold from May 2019 until March 2023. The bath toys come in yellow, blue and pink. They were sold separately.
"Children using the toy particularly in a bath or paddling pool may slip and fall onto the hard plastic top fin of the Baby Shark and may suffer scratches, laceration, or puncture injuries."
It says anyone who has bought the product should stop using it, package it up and return it to an Asda store for a refund. No receipt is needed.
Amazon's Product Safety Team has also sent emails to UK customers who have bought the toy warning them about the recall.
California-based Zuru is recalling both the full-size and mini versions of the robotic Baby Shark toys, although there have been no reported incidents or injuries involving the mini version.
The newest versions of the toy, with a silicone fin, are not part of the recall.
In a statement, the manufacturer said: 'We want to assure our customers that we are committed to the highest levels of safety and quality of all our products.
'We have implemented measures to prevent future incidents by working to promptly remove these products from retail and replace them with a newly designed product."
The two affected products are the Robo Alive Junior Baby Shark Sing & Swim Bath Toys (full-size) and the Robo Alive Junior Mini Baby Shark Swimming Bath Toys (mini-size).
