Millionaire property developer posed as dog walker to steal beloved cockapoo from ex

A millionaire property developer posed as a dog walker to steal his fashion influencer ex’s beloved cockapoo when she was away on holiday.

Bashar Ayoub, 45, terrorised Hannah Rasekh, 33, and bombarded her with hundreds of messages after they split up.

The older man sent her a number of sickening and abusive messages after their break up in January, including him saying he prayed ‘everyday’ that she would die.

But in July, Hannah went on holiday to Spain, when Ayoub went to her home in South Kensington, London.

He spoke to her parents, who were housesitting, and lied to them, claiming he was there to walk her beloved cockapoo Ted, but he never brought the dog back.

Since the terrifying abduction, Ted has reportedly been returned and appeared looking happy and healthy on Hannah’s social media.

But a few weeks after the dognapping, Ayoub returned to Hannah’s house and sent her a picture of her car accusing her of lying about her holiday.

He was warned by police to stay away, but within a matter of hours he had called her 64 times and sent more abusive texts.

In one text he wrote: “I'll rip you apart, all of you, your whole family you c***s.”

Ayoub, who lives in a £2million apartment in Belgravia admitted one count of stalking with fear of harm and violence at Westminster magistrates’ court.

He was granted bail on the condition he does not contact Hannah, go near her home or the surrounding area and wears a GPS tag.

Ayoub will be sentenced at the same court on December 8.
