Millie Mackintosh has shown fans just how easy it is to "trick" fans when it comes to pictures of her body as she documented her take on Instagram vs reality.
Taking to social media, the mum-of-one, 31, took an honest video of herself in the mirror, showing fans just how much of a difference a flattering angle could make.
The former reality TV star donned a black sports bra and leggings, showing off her already toned tummy, despite giving birth just a few months ago.
But as Millie continued to pan the camera onto her side profile, she showed fans that all it takes is a good angle to make the difference between a "trick" picture and an honest one.
A she showed her body from the side, she placed one hand on her tummy.
She penned: "Instagram vs reality!"
The former Made In Chelsea star welcomed her first child, daughter Sienna, with her husband Hugo Taylor in May.
She's revealed that she found it quite difficult to deal with how much her body changed throughout her pregnancy.
Millie has been incredibly open about the negatives of newfound motherhood since welcoming her bundle of joy in the middle of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
She has previously insisted that she is in no rush to drop her pregnancy pounds.
Speaking to Glamour mag, Millie says her body has changed dramatically during her pregnancy.
She explained: "I've started walking every day, I've started doing a bit of strength training again and it's nice to feel like I'm just getting stronger.
"I just don't like the term, 'getting my body back,' because I think it’s a new body, it's different, you've given birth. So, it's not your old body anymore."
Millie tied the knot with the I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here star Hugo in June 2018.
