Millennials take 39 minutes deciding what to eat for breakfast.
And they spend another 33 minutes deliberating over what to wear.
A poll claims the 24 to 38-year-olds are the worst for “faffing around”.
Millennials also fret for 25 minutes over what to have for dinner.
And they are Britain’s biggest daydreamers, wasting 37 minutes a day staring into space.
That adds up to nine days lost a year.
Accounts assistant Adrian Groves, 28, of St Albans, says he starts mulling over breakfast before he gets out of bed.
He says: “It’s the specifics that take time: Wholegrain or brown bread, almond or goats’ milk, smashed avocado or sliced eggs?”
The poll of 2,000 Brits for TalkTalk TV found Generation Z-ers, aged 18 to 23, spend longer choosing an outfit – 40 minutes.
But they take 36 minutes to decide on breakfast and 20 minutes to choose dinner.
They also spend less time daydreaming – 32 minutes.
Sixty-eight per cent of the total surveyed say life is “too complicated” these days.
In the study, 68 per cent said life was “too complicated” these days, with 51 per cent admitting they were “faffers”, wasting four hours daily achieving nothing.
