Miley Cyrus has thrown subtle yet pointed shade at her ex Liam Hemsworth while signing autographs for fans.
On May 30, Miley released her latest album, Something Beautiful. To promote the launch, the “Party In The USA” singer has been doing the promotion rounds by going on talk shows, meeting fans and signing a heap of merch.
On Thursday, a Miley fan named Liam took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his own experience with this idol and the subtle dig she made at her ex.
“Miley writing ‘the best Liam’ on my vinyl 😭,” he wrote, sharing a photo of the vinyl.
Of course, the post went viral because the internet loves any indicator that there might be drama.
So naturally, the best Liam followed his original post with a picture of him with the pop princess, captioning it: “Me when I’m the best Liam”.

It’s not the first time fans have clocked Miley throwing subtle yet effective shade during her latest press run.
More recently, a video of the Hannah Montana star signing autographs before an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! went viral.
In the clip, a fan asked Miley whether the gold dress she wore in the “Flowers” music video was a reference to a similar gown worn by Liam’s Hunger Games co-star Jennifer Lawrence, with whom he was rumoured to have had an affair while he was still with Miley.
“No, but I love that dress of hers,” Miley responded, before moving on to sign more autographs.
Although Miley straight up denied the rumour, fans felt that her answer was kind of shady.
So, according to the internet, Miley is the queen of subtle shade but I’ll let you be the judge.
